+0.27 and -0.13 next day.BUT ITS THE SAME PRICE $27.27

The change in price is intraday, that's why it's the same closing price. A stock can open higher or lower than its closing price the previous day. Those after hours changes aren't recorded as +/- during the day. Because of this, the price can be the same, even though trading was different.

Look at the time stamp dumbass. It didnt close on the 12th at $27.27
After market has nothing to do with it.
BTW after market changes are recorded thats why stocked doesnt start at previous close price.
