Out of all the people who are dissing it, would you have bought it if you had a chance to buy it at pre IPO of $38?

GFY Wall Street, Corporate America and the 1%, you greedy good for nothing parasitic scumbags!
Unfortunately only the "Chosen Few" will have an opportunity to
rake in the quick billions in profits from the over inflated, hyped boondoggle of a stock know as Facebook. This is how the rich get richer and the poor get poorer.
The vast majority on the general public interested in purchasing FB stock, will be able to buy the stock once it is astronomically overpriced and ready to decline.
"Buy cheap, sell high" -Wall Street proverb

- I spit the truth, prove me wrong.utopian

- I can't purchase any, and if you knew ANYTHING about the IPO you'd already know that.monospaced

FB falling is not a good sign for over all health of the market.
Everything else is in sell off mode.

^ hope you got AAPL some yesterday!

it took google and apple a long time to get to the price they're at now. i expect it will stay around $40 for a few years..

If a stock was valued at $38 and stays around there in IPO, thats a good sign the bankers did their job right on valuation.

Only people who got screwed are the ones who bought at the IPO road show.
Not much of a difference than buying it from an open market. They had to pay fees etc.
- it's still going to peg at $100 easy. I wonder how much you need to get int he game?robotron3k
- $10 mil plus in investable assets2002
