We are looking for someone ambitious with original ideas who would be comfortable with working for relatively little up front (that is until we raise capital). Alternatively someone who want to trade their skills for ours.
We are looking for logo, business cards, mailing labels, website redesign, letterhead.

How big of exposure would the film have. And how are you planning to raised capital? Would de designer have big creative freedom or is this something a lot people will have get approve?

If you can afford to be a production company you can afford to pay a designer.

just bung these upfront marketing costs onto a films budget (like all the big studios do) and jobs a goodun - you get a designer who doesn't have to work on vague promises
