Apparently they're inspired by results?!

I've heard good and bad about the Detroit(birmingham) offices.
Good
-Get to work on some big accounts with big, established brands
-Payscale for junior and mid-level designers is above average for the area
-Office culture seems pretty laid back (most of the time)Not-so-good
-Lots of personalities to deal with
-A lot of credit for ideas gets stolen and or watered down by clients and account/project managers
-Expect longer hours and weekends during deadlines and crunch periods- Mostly all true, longer hours and weekends has slowed down, but it's advertising, what you want?joyride

- Princeton is pharma ads. Nothing to do with the rest of McCann/MRM.TheFatBaron

Few friends have worked at the Toronto office, really didn't have much good to say about their working experience. All of them have since left and weren't there very long. Pretty much on par with what d_rek said in the "not-so-good" area.
Apparently General Motors isn't the most "ideal client" from some of the stories I've heard.
- GM isn't running so smoooooth. That VOLT isn't selling.akrok

MRM = direct shop to McCann

MRM stands for McCann Relationship Management, but the company has taken on it's own culture since it was created. Yes, while MRM works with McCann and other IPG companies, they have there own clients and go after new business. And MRM has been one of the main reasons IPG has almost doubled its revenue in 2011.
Other then what's been said, what do you want to know?

McCann's Digital production bitch, it's not a top interactive shop although they pretend they are. If you need the money do it.
