To begin,
YES Utopian, I've looked through all past threads and found very little to no concrete examples of Real Estate in the digital medium...
: )
I'm looking for interetsing takes on what, for the most part seems to be a very stale industry in terms of digital offerings; even the heavy hitters are feeling dated:
CHESTNUT PARK

Thanks, again for all responses, feedback and criticisms both relevant & non...

I like Elliman because it decently designed.
I like CORE because the agent photos looks nice.
I like Halstead because its easy to use
MakeDavid would be ok except the horrid drop shadow on logo

Everything has suffered from an onslaught of WP templates.
I declare WP is the new Flash!
I have tons of links to high end for sale re, many are probably not there anymore (bankrupt or dead), is that what you are looking for?

Been a client of ours for years. We do all their print stuff and web stuff.
Aimed at young professional market. A lot of the advertising and campaign stuff makes the apartments seem like a "lifestyle must-have" like the latest ipad etc rather than an apartment because of the photography used and messages etc.One of the best clients i've ever had. The girl I deal with is very much on the same wavelength and pretty much everything we show concepts for she goes with. No fecking about.
I guess you're maybe looking for generic property sites though and not for just one development

Note that almost all of the decent sites below are Flash. Most of the better ones, particularly the Group94 sites, are gone. Sad.
Personally, I think Jobs/Apple has killed most of web "design". Most of what we see today are generic template-like sites, at least on the real estate sales side (which is most of our business - clients like Flash and the power it has).
So, I thought I had more sites, but between the war against Flash and the economy, there's not much left.

I do hope there is some innovation again, now that the economy seems to be coming back. There was a lot of $$ and effort in high end sales, back when things were good.
So far, design (at least in the re world) has fallen upon stale times and iPad compatibility, making design all but dead.
