Just wanted to give you all the heads up that I just put up an Ebbets Field Cap for sale on my shop site. More items to be added in the future!

Nice hat!

They let you do a run of 10?
But what is MBS and why the fuck would I pay to wear it? What does it mean to me?
- seansuth0
MBS stands for Made By Sean. I did more than 10 but sold them to friends/family. You'd purchase a hat because you'd be supporting independent artists and appreciate quality products made in USA.
@Amicus I've heard that before, thanks!

Why would a stranger want a "made by sean" hat? Egomaniac, are you?

Can I buy a business card?

I'm all for "designer as author" but you got to be more creative.
You didn't do a good job like this guy:
http://www.draplin.com/1998/01/d…- You really consider those to be good?duckseason
- You don't?newuser
- In terms of self promotion merchandise, they're really good.newuser
- p.s. good luck.newuser

Not saying the DDC ones aren't good because Aaron is a great guy and a great source of inspiration but these are similar in aesthetic.
In all honesty, what makes them better? The fact that it's a patch rather than a felt appliqué? Or that he has a more reputable name then I do?
Just curious.

@newuser No you can't buy a business card. If you buy products from me I throw in extra stuff....

I like it.
And I don't care if MBS means something (or not).
Just by curiosity, what kind of other products do you plan to sell?
- seansuth0
@vsplus Thanks! The plan is to launch a small line in the winter of 2013. I have a bunch of 5 panel caps in the works along with tshirts and a custom crew neck which I'm pumped about. I have some smaller accessories too.
I made these Ebbets Field hats to see how the manufacturer works and how good their product is - it's a great quality hat too btw.

@seansuth, DDC merch is basic but matches Aaron's persona and inspirations. His colors, yardstick, pens, all match his approach to design.
If you worked for a baseball card company or in sports somehow, the hat would make sense. I don't see how the hat fits in with Andre Belvedere and Sheraton. Ebbets is a popular company now and the merchandise is great, but you're on the streetwear bandwagon.
