Informative article.Here's another question. The police ruled this out as a terrorist attack. And I suppose it's not a politically-motivated attack, and perhaps therefore not terrorism. But isn't there something necessarily terroristic about killing people on a live broadcast? and also about posting vids you took yourself of the same killing and putting them on social media?

I have seen a couple places saying he had a romantic relationship with one of the female victims. Kind of strange because it appears that the young one he first opened fire on got winged in the shoulder and ran off, and that the older lady was the one that died. Hmm sad stuff
