We spend our lives staring at this OS. What are your favorite tweaks to keep your life exciting?
I like adding spaces in the dock:

I use my comp to design too much to make it fancy, but when I get a new one at work, I set everything to matte gray and calibrate the monitor to a standard RGB profile.

What the fuck is "Mission Control" for?

^ It's just the new name for Exposé. I don't know why it needs it's own Application button. You just set it up through System Prefs.
I couldn't function on a Mac without it.

Yeah I like mission control a lot. Because of it I no longer need dual monitors. I did however rid my dock of the mission control icon along with the app store, dashboard, game center, launchpad, and time machine icons.

Got a couple of apps I've used in every version of OS X since it came out. Lazy mouse is great http://www.old-jewel.com/lazymou…
teamed with BetterTouchTool http://www.boastr.de always saves a good lot of time.
