Hey all - I am looking for a good way to archive logos for employees to download as needed. (the idea is that if an employee needs a logo file, they could go to this site and download it - without having to email the design department and request it) This would have to be secure if online, but if anyone has any suggestions as to a program that could run internally on our server rather than online would be ideal. Anyone know of something that would work for this?

Just give out unique ftp usernames/passwords to each company?

They should really set these up for themselves, shouldn't they?

sorry, to clarify: We are the internal design department for a company with multiple products/logos we would like to set up an internal archive where (non tech-savvy) co-workers could easily search for/download the logo they might need (for letterhead, press releases, power points, etc.) currently they just email us and ask for us to send it to them, and we are trying to set up a one stop location for all their logo needs

Have an internal "brand site" developed to house not only the logos, but the templates for "letterhead, press releases, powerpoints, etc."
- yes doing this - but curious if there were any ready-made solutionsyeeblazer
- If you have an internal site already, it's basically already built. Just include thumbnails and links.monospaced

html page with links to logos.
.htaccess fileto limit access via username and password.send around the link as
uname:pword@ourwebsite.com/
so they just need to click it to get in.

I don't understand the goal to complicate with "ready-made' software when a secure webpage / intranet page (as specified above) couldn't be more easier or accessible.
If you can't be bothered to make thumbnails, then install a gallery that lets you download source files.
