A tough afternoon. My wife is having some emergency surgery this afternoon, some very early pregnancy issues. Hard to go through, I don't know how I'm going to sit here for 2 hours until I hear an update. It's so hard seeing people you love be scared, but we expect everything will go well.

Just home from being trapped in NY airports for 4 days... with three kids (5,3, 4months)... where Delta cancelled every flight at the last second and sent half our luggage to Florida. Luckily on the first night they finally gave us a hotel room, after 3hrs in a line up, destined for a flight crew that never made it. I had to pay for the second night. And then on the third night they very reluctantly gave us a hotel, and cab fair.
Possibly the worst customer service ever. Sighs and eye-rolling when you ask them can they call a cab as you have no money and don't have a working cellphone and it's 1am. They are literarily sitting there doing nothing anyway.
For 4 days they gave us $18 worth of food vouchers we weren't even supposed to get.
