Filling out my yearly art director self eval.
Any tips outside of listing account wins / client praise that QBN's have found to be well received by management.

Did you poop your pants this year? If not, I would probably note that as a positive.

Produced solid work the laddered up to the concept. Parallel-pathed a lot of projects with other creatives to create a holistic approach. Leveraged social media. Vetted new product ideas to save the agency time, money, and effort.

What I'm hearing you saying is, you took a top-down approach to develop a turnkey solution in sticky web-readiness. Your deliverables were world-class and your concepts were bleeding edge.
Another fine year, wagshaft.

You really delivered a substantial payload using a penetrating approach to clammy market verticals.

Used the skills I'd learned on my own time before I got to this place to organise information and data in a way that a client with whom someone else here has developed a relationship will pay you more than you'll pay me for the work.

To first self evaluate yourself, you should evaluate the people around you. what have you done to contribute to their well being? As an agency art director, what type of positive agendas did you help others with? were you willing to put your life before others? do you believe that small ideas can lead a company to a wealth of inspiration? these are the questions you should ask yourself.
