Basically designers that blog about design do it to draw attention to themselves in an ever competitive job market.
Its all a bit "oh look at me and my expert opinion, I'm sooo into design, thus making me a better designer than the guy without a blog"

"get the hot intern to do it!

I always keep this in hand for special occasions:
A project exploring materiality, texture and finding new experiences in the everyday. It seems that despite many efforts to increase environmental awareness and consciousness, the messaging remains mixed and often forgotten. This series of posters attempts to re-examine the often disappearing message of recycling or rethanking materials that may support another lifespan. Each poster examines a recyclable material and through rotational shifts and overlapping, reveals this material in a previously unexperienced manifestation. The hope was to message the process of rethanking in a condensed instant to reconvey the notion of reinvigorating material matter. Another way to possibly create awareness for these materials and the potential and danger they harbor simultaneously. Taking the forgotten, discarded and often misplaced and using them to re-examine a message.

While I'm at my desk at my job? no. After hours I've tried to, but by my obviously lack of blog posts I'm not doing a very good job of it. haha

I don't blog about design, photography or how I make music videos...
but I might....
It's a balancing act, you don't want to reveal too much about your clients, as you're the myth polisher, that's your job(!) Also, you don't want to sound like a bragger, or full of randomly weird philosophy, or talk about random stuff you ate for breakfast....
But, it would be interesting to talk about some issues we all face, as creative poeple,etc....
One reason we're all visual creatives is that, well, we're not writers(!)
