Reduce Adobe Features?

I feel like about 70% of the "features" in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver and Fireworks are nearly useless to me, and I'd prefer they were removed from future versions. Get some of this shit out of my way, so I can work faster!

They will never do that though. Each new version requires new features so they can sell it to people.

Someday, Adobe will probably let you select which features you want in your menus and "banish" the features you hate.... but this may be a "new feature"

Photoshop > Edit > Menus
God, you fucking people love complaining more than solving your own problems.

Their are some up-and-coming alternates like SKETCH , but it will certainly be tough to convince any of us to forget everything we're used to and start from scratch:

Yeah, Adobe should definitely strip out 70% of the features, thereby tailoring the suite to your specific needs. You should definitely get exactly everything you want and never have to see anything that you don't utilize. Makes perfect sense!

maybe try to learn how those new features actually benefit you instead of resisting to learn

There are some really stupid filters in PS. I have no idea who has even touched them since the 90's.

I wish fullscreen mode worked like it does in lightroom...
when you hover up top in fullscreen mode in LR the menu bar drops down. why can't the rest of CS work like this? fullscreen mode is useless if you have to constantly cycle in and out of it.
