@scarabin the UI on chrome seems a bit cleaner. I also like their "chrome apps" and "new tab page".
You can sign into chrome and share bookmarks/apps on different computers. Neat stuff.

Chrome - clean, fast and no fuss. Plus it all syncs up with a google account.

FF, then Chrome, then IE
Disappointed Google toolbar still does not work with FF (highlighted search option was great). Chrome continues to perplex me....I still cannot figure out how to see that last few sites I visited without clicking on some history buttons...just me?

Safari on my Mac at home.
Internet Explorer 9 on my work PC. Our CMS is most compatible with IE. Its the primary browser we design and build for because its the primary browser for our clients, who are law firms. I use FF on PC probably just as much, but many of our internal systems work better in IE.
