- :) Saw.one of those at a 3d print show here in London. Not too expensive.
Cheaper to make though ;)detritus - My CNC parner in crime and I spent the most time at the show looking at this thing talking to the sales lady - only really novel thing theredetritus
- I'll post pics of the CNC soon - she's built, just needs wiring up. She's a BEAST :)detritus
- Post them man, there's was a 3d printed chair next to it, really nicegeorgesIII

@Hayoth
I am a total noob, I started 3 months ago and it's all because of Arduino and the growing need to output more professional looking projects at work, using tupperware is fun but it gets really boring after a while ehehhe
My 3D printer is a German Reprap NEO, it's around €550, It's a beautiful printer, solid build but I knew absolutely nothing about 3D printing when I bought it and to be honest, the learning curve was really fuckn hard on this beast.
software: I mainly use 123D design, it's super easy to learn and in a week you can literally start printing anything you want, http://www.123dapp.com/design , I would not recommend C4D because I noticed that I always have to repair my models
So far this is the process I have found that gives me the best results,
123D Design for my models, then netfab to check if there are any mistakes and repair them http://www.netfabb.de/downloadce…,
then I use a slicer to prepare the files for my printer,
slic3r + host repetier: http://slic3r.org/ -- http://www.repetier.com/download…then you start praying :)
btw the 3D printing crowd is super helpful, here are the forums I frequent,

- ehhhehe
• Honey, happy birthday!
• What did you get me?
• AIDSGeorgesII - these are great. do you have to sand them once you get the right shape? or is the final run a cleaner finish?IRNlun6
- Neat. What's the finished piece's material?bezoar
- the finish pieces will be printed in wood filament,
@IRNlun6: I'll probably have to sand them a little bitGeorgesII - wtf? shes not gonna like this.CygnusZero4

recycle your own plastic, i see this with 3d printing soon.
- You could've seen this with 3D printing a couple of years ago, when a few companies started selling them...detritus
- cool! think this guy started it, claims to convert them back to their raw oils

- What Slicer are you using Georges?ESKEMA
- moved from the combination of slic3r + repetier host to cura, I use sometime use meshmixer to make better support, but cura is good enough for nowGeorgesII
- btw layer height is .3 not 3 ehehe,
Yo ESKEMA, how's the prusa going? I want one so badGeorgesII - its going great! loving it. Still in the fase to discover how everything works out. Limitations of the designs etc..
I'm using the new Cura Beta at the momentESKEMA - still tweaking the settings, but one thing is clear, it prints out more accurately the sizes I design than Cura 1ESKEMA
- still didn't venture into dual extrusion, but I want to order some PVA to test crazy buildsESKEMA

having fun with mini Georges, we printed and put together those Overwatch tracer guns :)
HIPS, Layer height. 35, mine was half the size of the model, some pieces looked like shit printed that small, 12 hours of print in total for both
