Had someone apply for a job (digital) with a Dribbble "portfolio" but with just the little 400px shots, no live sites, no larger versions.
Yeah that was an awkward interview.

I think you need to go 'pro' and buy a membership and then you randomly get invites to handout to peeps.
That's my best guess at it anyway. Someone on here sent me an invite a while ago. It was fun for a little bit. Now I usually just see a bunch of recycled UI design and trendy crap on there.

I've been on dribble for almost a year and never got invites to give out. Either that, or I can't seem to find them.- the actions dropdown button should show you if you have any invites. did you make a shot?ohhhhhsnap

Thanks, I agree with you guys. I just linked up my personal portfolio and called it a day.

I think they just gave you a generic form, if you don't have it, no need for it. And if they don't accept your resume because you are not on dribble... well... you don't want to work for a company like that anyways

just post a link to your personal portfolio

I'm applying for a gig, and one of their requests is a link to my dribbble account... amongst other things like LinkedIn.
I don't really use dribbble, and apparently you need an invite to upload content.
Should I take that request seriously or just post a link to my personal portfolio?
