Google Apocalpyse: The Year 2100 via Google Earth
"The link is to a KMZ file created by the U.K. government's Met Office, and it'll show you exactly what climate scientists are seeing. They've loaded a Google Earth skin with medium-range, accepted climate data. It shows some pretty significant increases right now. But the real scare happens after you click "play."
The KMZ file takes you through the next hundred years of climate change, which has particularly startling consequences for the north pole. While average increase in global temperatures might only be a few degrees, areas of the Arctic Ocean will increase by as much as 18 degrees C."

Wow bunch of debbie downers in here
Yeah it could all go wrong, but what about technology progress and creativity
You can't extrapolate from past to the future
Humans survived the 20th century and it was the most violent in history but we now live in a much better world than 1900.

everyone always focuses on technological progress as defying the times but just think how different our attitudes, values, ways of talking etc will be. There were no human rights 100 years ago, there was no Beatles and Bob Marley, the justice system was totally different and there weren't a hundred years of case precedents... who knows there might be another messiah there might be a social revolution that eclipses anything that has happened in the last 1000+ years.
