You may find this plugin useful when dealing a lot page depths:
- Thanks! That is indeed handy. Was going nuts changing order numbers!ESKEMA

Nothing to see after all. Move along.
BUT. If you still know a way without plugins I'm still listening...

I'm having a little trouble with a wp_list_pages.
I can't seem to find the right configuration.
If anyone can help me out I'd be greatly appreciated, even as to say thank you in the end..I'm trying to avoid a custom menu because they don't reflect changes in the pages like wp_list_pages does, you have to manually change the menu every time you make changes to the pages... If I can't find the answer through wp_list_pages I'll have to end up using the custom menu, but let's try to avoid it.
I need a list of pages at the second level and including the 3rd level if there are child pages but only below the first level I'm on. And it needs to stay unchanged, when I'm either at the second level, or at the 3rd level.
Imagine this structure:
— 1a
— — 1a.1
— — 1a.2
— — — 1a.2.1
— — — 1a.2.2
— — — 1a.2.3
— — 1a.3
— 1b
— 1c
— — 1c.1
— — — 1c.1.1
— — — 1c.1.2
— — 1c.2when at 1a, 1b, 1c the list would show nothing.
when at 1a.1 or 1a.2.3 it would show:
— — 1a.1
— — 1a.2
— — — 1a.2.1
— — — 1a.2.2
— — — 1a.2.3
— — 1a.3when at 1c.1 or 1c.1.2 it would show:
— — 1c.1
— — — 1c.1.1
— — — 1c.1.2
— — 1c.2what I have now only works at the 2nd level, as soon as I go into a children deeper, it will not display the ancestors, only others at the same level.
i.e at 1c.1.1 it displays:
— — — 1c.1.1
— — — 1c.1.2With Concrete5 this is very easy to accomplish, but because I have to work with WP on this project, I'm a bit lost.
