How to start a Twitter account??

I never used Twitter but tooday I have to create an account for a client. Where the hell do I sign up? It takes me to a page mobile-signup page, i download the app for mobile and Mac but still takes me to the same page mobile-signup page when i try to sign up. How did u guys get a Twitter account?

Yepp, i go to twitter.com/signup and it takes me to https://about.twitter.com/mobile… now what? ceep taking me to this page when I try to sign up

Try resetting your browser and emptying the cache or using a different browser all together and then just go to twitter.com
