I've climbed a few cranes before. It's a fairly unique feeling to be that high up in an urban environment without the confines of a building to support / surround you. Really peaceful.
No way in hell I'd dangle myself off one though.

Apart from the backflip at the end and a video of a crane climb from some years before the guy didn't do much? I've been to Skywalk (Grand Canyon) and to the Ledge (Chicago) in Chicago, but I don't think the feeling is any where near by hanging on a crane.
