"we need to break through all the constant work that happens"
Don't work so much and pay people to spend some time the way they want to spend it. Do you really need some prescribed shit? You're ten people for fuck sake, not Toyota.

I went to a jazz fest a few years ago, and as a free activity they were offering a drum circle. Anyone and everyone participated and it was awesome. They mentioned that they also did corporate sessions and I thought that would be pretty well received - especially in an agency.
Not sure where you are desmo, but just google it..I found this one

Also lol at the idea that "team building" is the solution to being overworked.

Hire a decent minibus and go somewhere to get drunk. My first boss did this all the time - took us to Eurostar for lunch in N France, long weekend at LeMans for the race, Bruges for the day. All were excellent...

I like the idea of 'hack days'. You set up a problem that's going to be outside of people's everyday work comfort zone, break off into groups that wouldn't usually work together, then compete for a prize.
Something like building a drop-proof egg carton out of nothing but a plastic bag, Popsicle sticks, and String. Keep your technical guys separated and get your admin/accounts people paired with them so they get an appreciation for each others strengths.
In the end, have a grand prize, runners up (so everyone gets something), and a boobie prize for the worst performance.
Celebrate with drinks/appies for the last hour or two of the day.
Presto. Team building.
