I have caucasians friends that have "meet god" and converted to islam.
They are now ,the most radicals, even born and raised muslims are stunt to see how much they fall into it.
They are lost souls, thinking that only this, can make them stay out of troubles. Because the fear of god wrath, and not being able to have bitches in the after life.

for 'white' or other homegrown jihadis, and extremists in general, i think the question is, what is it that is attracting them to the cause. why do they choose that path, instead of being a good western citizen.one aspect.
while some of it could be the usual (economic) frustration, there's no denying that the west has currently little to offer in terms of convincing, fulfilling ideology. the west is so tolerant of everything and everybody, that there's real no values or limits anymore. everything devalued. only a void.
given there is that abstract ideal of "freedom" that is paraded around, which de facto only stands for materialism and individualism though. not necessarily heart warming or providing meaning. pseudo-freedom, pseudo-democracy.
especially within the modern (secular) communities, there's little fundamental social or ideological cohesion, compared to what the radical muslims offer at least. maybe for some people western patriotism/nationalism works as a substitute, but these ideas are being hollowed out, society moving past that.
so from that perspective the umma, and then the extreme forms of islam, can look way more attractive i guess. particlarly to people who can't take part easily in the materialistic mainstream. so to me converts are not necessarily 'fucking idiots', i get it.
also, i imagine that because of itsrigid structure, strict islam is attractive for people who have trouble handling all that freedom. islamism does provide simple answers, orientation, guidelines. always do this, never do that. right and wrong. black and white. as long as the west can't offer orientation or answers for these needs, people choose the other route, kind of makes sense.

My take on this.
In Australia, we've had waves of various ethnic groups migrating here over the past 60 years. The Italians and Greeks, Vietnamese, Lebanese, Chinese, Indian, Africans. Each have had their own troubles at various stages.
It seems like it is the children of migrants that have the most difficulty...many of them don't associate with the customs of their parents, and also don't really fit in with the locals. So they're trapped in no man's land and don't really identify with anything. This has caused huge problems with pockets of the population. They become disenfranchised and look for groups where they fit in.
This often takes the form of religious organisations...in the case of Muslims who have migrated, the children often become more religious than the parents. This goes totally against what is generally happening in society...children are becoming less religious than their parents.
These religious groups are often full of people that don't have any affinity or connection with the country they live in...so these radical ideas can take hold very easily. It's clear this is a massive problem in the Muslim community...call me whatever you like, but that is just an undeniable fact.
I have no idea how to handle these people...ideally you want to include them more into general society, but if they have no desire and harbour ill will against the people in the country they live in, it's a huge problem.

As a white man I feel that my identity can be summed thusly:
"Things usually work out just fine for me".

"How is this any different from any other paramilitary extremist group? It isn't."expanding...
i see more similarities in motivation and modus operandi to the phenomenon of spree killers than to terrorist orgs. ideology looks like a contributing factor, but not dominating the motivation. doesn't apply to the guys actually going to the middle east, of course.

White is an identity like Africa is a country.

"How is this any different from any other paramilitary extremist group? It isn't."i think you're dead wrong. or maybe just way too simplistic.
while there are a handful of similarities, the phenomenon of radicalized converters has a couple of distinct new qualities, the export or globalisation of a militant ideology across an ancient cultural divide perhaps being the most blatant unique quality.
also western jihadis taking action in their home country are never a member of a 'paramilitary' group, and usually not even a member of any other kind of group, but acting independently. stand alone complex.

"So what is white people identity then?"i guess there is such a thing, but since it would be an amalgam of different cultures and sub-cultures, secular and religious, ethnically + economically + regionally diffuse, always in flux, with a complex gestalt, very different answers depending on how you look at it, what perspective you take, ...
... it's kind of impossible to answer that broad a question in under ten thousand characters.

"fucking idiot white people seem to have no identity of their own so they try to be something that they're not."
I think you are completely misunderstaindg this, and it doesn't help your case that you came from a point of overarching racial generalizations. So what is white people identity then?
- < ask Hitler.......OOOOOOo...Maaku
- I'll let you try to answer that one first and see if you can do it within some sort of relevant contextmonospaced
