Can I propose a new rule?
Politics in politics thread only.
Delete all the other shit politics threads.
Multiple politics posts in wrong thread (say 3) = ban.
Then the rest of us can avoid and/or occasionally observe the drivel stream from QBN's 3 finest trolls.

Hello Moderators. I used to visit this lovely site daily. Since 2009, contribution to various threads, like "Show some recent work", "___ of the day", "blog" etc., became a two-way, everyday, enriching, fun activity.
Unfortunately, the site has become a circus of political threads, trolls, anonymous users that annoy behind veils of art projects, users who have self-appointed donors of light and to users that just come here to share stuff and to be nice with each other.
This makes me not want to visit the site much... Last couple of months I have logged-in like 3 times, and I'm afraid I will continue visiting the site less and less, until I just quit. They win. QBN does? I think it's a shame.

I would suggest The Establishment and Die Mods have a think about timezones and such, mind — since this event that precipitated this thread I've thought we should have a mods in Euro and Asian/Australian timezones too.
