Over the years I've noticed he usually gives a little pat (2 or 3) either on the airstairs railing or plane/helicopter upon boarding, probably for good luck before a flight.
Only time I haven't seen him do it is when he first boarded Air Force One.

Biden tested negative on Friday but from what I've read it also can take a week or more for tests to pick up an infection at all.

There was just a press conference from the Chief Medical Weasel who looks after Don's corpulent frame, he started out by saying Trump is 'slightly' overweight.
Slightly. As it has since been revealed, Don dictated that his initial Presidential medical examination figures be changed so that he lost an inch in height and be almost exacly a pound under the weight that would class him as being clinically obese.
