    I love this stuff

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Me…)
    https://www.forbes.com/sites/jul…
A group of parents of gender nonconforming children.

Their philosophy is simple: if a boy plays with dolls, is quiet, doesn't fight or play with other boys -- it is unhealthy because he is not accepted by his peers. Therefore, it’s better to cut off his penis and as a girl he/she will make friends with other girls.

The group is led by Susie Green, who took her underage son to Thailand for a sex-change operation (so, now her daughter).

Obviously, the purpose of all this is to cut off penises, any whose penis, and everything else is just a specious excuse. Freud disassembled this garbage in detail a hundred years ago:
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pe…

The only surprising thing is not Susie’s rather trivial disorder, but the fact that people like her are no longer treated with vaginal massage or electroshock therapy.

30 years from now transgenderism will be equated to the popularity of lobotomy in the 1940s. I just hope to see that day with my genitals intact.

As a bonus, a transgender breaking down:

    • There are 7.5 billion people on earth. There is bound to be a handful of crazies.inteliboy
    • jesus, you go off on one here. freud's penis envy is the opposite of what you think... ie. wanting a penis (either physically or sexually)kingsteven
    • its core to female hetrosexual development. parents should be locked up for putting their kids through reassignment surgery, totally fucked.kingsteven
    • but the assumption that most surgeries fail and all transgender folks are mentally ill is daft and exactly what causes the activist outrage in the first place.kingsteven
    • Not most are mentally ill , ALL are mentally ill by definition. Dude, 50% of trans people attempt suicide, they’re not stable, not even close._niko
    • haha mostly due to victimisation you fucking dote even if no 50% = all somehow? i have trans friends that are the most intelligent, self-aware shitbags going.kingsteven
    • i also know plenty of 'non-binary' reddit loving idiots i can totally imagine cutting their kids dick off. and come across mongs all the time in the process ofkingsteven
    • choosing their gender when they shouldn't be allowed to choose their own shoes. as far as mental illness is concerned they're on a par with the rest of us.kingsteven
    • Adult transgenders I can sort of deal with, but this new industry of "parents with transgender children" is exceptionally noxiousdrgs
    • It's all part of the new trend in parenting, where the parents' responsiblity is completely removed (the modern "biological" approach to adaptation problems)drgs
    • ie. if a child has social problems, is because he/she was born this way, and so you have new ways of treatment like sex-change etcdrgs
    • I just hope the victims will eventually sue all transgender charities for propaganda of this trans hysteriadrgs
    • i get that, but understanding chopping your dick off isn't a one-stop solution doesn't really require gloating over someone breaking down having done it.kingsteven
    • i can totally get the kids that go on hormone blockers to aid a transition when they're adults (ie. not to rule it out for all cases). but certainly all thekingsteven
    • trans folks i know came out as gay and struggled with that first, so, no matter what they decide to do with their bits have bigger balls than all of us.kingsteven
    • Wait. You think this is all to satisfy everyone’s deepest desire to cut off penises? Think about how truly dumb that sounds. Seriously.monospaced
    • Not saying I condone any of this at all. I seriously don’t. But trying to diagnose them with some sick thing that isn’t a thing. Cmon.monospaced
    • Touche, I guess, it does not explain the f2m transgenders. Btw is it me or 90% of trannies are m2f?drgs
    • offt, you really haven't thought about this much at all have you? things don't really equate across gender lines like that.kingsteven
    • if anxiety and depression are both mental illnesses, wtf do you call wanting to transition to another sex? you don't think that's a mental illness?_niko
    • because anxiety, depression are illnesses because they cause distress. where if you suffer from gender dysphoria transitioning is often the cure.kingsteven
    • gender dysphoria itself being mutually exclusive from being transgender in that many trans people don't 'suffer' it and many non trans people do...kingsteven
    • btw happy new year and i've gotta say i'm usually getting called a TERF sympathiser etc IRL when i venture in to talking about this shite... but lads a bit ofkingsteven
    • understanding goes a long way... i'm sure you both are just posting your reactionary BS about something that doesn't concern you in the slightest... but y'knowkingsteven
    • reactionary goes both ways.kingsteven
    • If you like binge watching all series of "Human centipede", you will love this https://pholder.com/…drgs
    • A new industry of selling crippling surgeries to mentally disabled people, but let's not talk about it. This I dont understand.drgs
    • i agree that it is totally fucked but your point could be made without the trans stigma. you could argue the same point for all cosmetic surgery...kingsteven
    • and over a quarter of all surgeries (not including cosmetic) are unnecessary, and often exploitative. its huge business.kingsteven
    • drgs does it help to know that these people have to go through rigorous counseling, treatments and assessments for many months first?monospaced
    • It’s not like they just walk in, throw money at a doctor and then walk out without penises while doctors laugh to the bank during lunch.monospaced
    • Doctors take this shit seriously. They don’t want to do this for mentally ill people who aren’t makihn the right decisions.monospaced
    • I assume you've all seen the recent news about some pro gamer who killed herself
      https://www.thesun.c…
      drgs
    • Turned out she was pushed into a botched surgery for pennies in Thailand, by her team manager, and the only counseling she received was by manager's motherdrgs

On Facebook some page I'm following created a post that had the words "spirit animal" in it, and it was amusing how many people chimed in to point out only certain people can even use the phrase "spirit animal." Apparently it's offensive to some people of indigenous american descent, and they've declared the term theirs and theirs only. They even offered up "patronus" as an alternative. Really.

    • Never thought I'd grow up to be a "reactionary" - being the radical lefty I've always been. But these kids with their "wokeness" have left me so far behind.Khurram
    • I had a girl tell me she felt guilty getting a pinata for her niece's bday because it's "cultural appropriation" - are you mad???Khurram
    • I couldn't be more proud that chicken tikka massala is the national dish of England. We're part of the FABRIC of this country.Khurram

    • Such a loser mindset.Khurram
    • It's like that chick that told me that you can't be racist against white people because they're inherently part of the de facto power structure bla blaKhurram
    • I'm like what about Jews??? They're white! "Oh well, you can't be anti-semetic against black people" - what??!?!?! You're just playing language games now. idiotKhurram
    • Eternal victimhood, they make me sick. No wonder intellectually feeble "thinkers" such as Jordan Peterson have an audience of baying closet racists.Khurram
    • I used to rail against people who had a problem with "PC culture". And now i have a problem with it. Who knew?Khurram
    • And now this obsessions with having "diverse" cast on every period costume drama. You expect me to believe that there were that many black people...Khurram
    • running around Elizabethan england? They just stick some negro with a thick Jamaican accent and call it diverse. "See look, we're diverse!"Khurram

    • Especialyl when the hero (Tom Hardy) is portrayed as some Victorian gent whose best friend is a blackie.Khurram

    • And show how kindly he's treated by all the good white people. They have to do that, cos the white people are still the "heros" of the show so they have..Khurram
    • to be seen to be nice to the blacks. That's just whitewashing history! Why? Because in 2020 we need to see more colored people on TV. Just fucking lies.Khurram
    • Or maybe they have a point. I don't even know. I wonder how this cultural moment will play itself out. We're going to completely re-write British historyKhurram

    • Same with Vietnam. Terrible war, millions dead for nothing. The communists beat us and stayed in charge, no one views them as a threat these days.yuekit

    • You honestly believe the USA went to war in Iraq for democracy? lol.yuekit
    • Do you think Trump believes in liberal democracy? He doesn't even give lip service to it.yuekit
    • Yes, Bush was stupid enough to think a western gov't would have a domino effect in the middle east. and he thought the oil would pay for the it.hotroddy
    • I think history shows the opposite. The USA does not care about democracy, they care about control.yuekit
    • Having the military base in Iraq is clearly more important than having democracy as that recent vote proves.yuekit
    • Getting back to the point though...if we can coexist peacefully with communist Vietnam, a government we were at war with just a few decades ago, why does Chinayuekit
    • have to be our enemy?yuekit
    • Because china is a bigger influence in the world with a lot of $$$ threat to be a threat to democracies. Ask venezuelans, ask the Hong Kongese.hotroddy

    • and ur right. Trump doesn't give a shit about democracy but we have strong institutions to keep him in check.hotroddy

    • China isn't running around the world trying to overthrow democracies. The fact that you're using Hong Kong as an example sort of proves the point...yuekit
    • This isn't some foreign country China invaded. It's part of China that was handed back to them by a Western democracy, the UK, that had previously colonized it.yuekit
    • Also, I do think things in China will change. The current generation isn't going to be in power forever.yuekit
    • Hong Kong is an example what china is doing to it's own people. Venezuela is an example how they fund dictatorships and promote anti US rhetorichotroddy
    • criticizing US foreign policy is fine but defending the CCP is too much for mehotroddy
    • It's not going to change. it's going to get WORSE! Democracies will be a thing of the past very soon and china will have a big roll in it.hotroddy
    • democracies are fragile. authoritarian political systems have always been standard throughout history.hotroddy
    • The only threat to democracies I see is populist authoritarianism. I see zero chance of China influencing Western democratic systems or even caring about that.yuekit
    • populist militant authoritarianism like china? Like MAO?hotroddy
    • China is already influencing western democracies like Venezuela.hotroddy
    • No I mean the current trend of electing shitty authoritarian leaders. USA and Europe did that all on their own, China had nothing to do with it.yuekit
