If you're gonna go for the crammed look, you have to bring the f-u ligature together so it's tighter.

yeah, I know what you mean, big empty shape compared to the others, just lost something when the f was in tight, i will move it though and play some more, cheers for that, are the other letters ok?

cheers Gnash, yes, I see what I mean. At first glance I prefer v1, even though its not right, if I study it I empty the space created in the bottom half of the f, but the f in v2 diminishes the f too much, I guess thats what its gotta to be for consistency.
I may scrap the super tightness thing for the sake of allowing the f to sit better.
