Anyone else update from High Sierra? How's your babies running?
Let me know if I should upgrade or avoid...
Thanks

I'm still on my mid-2014 MBP, running Catalina.
So far, haven't found any problems, and I upgraded when Catalina was released.

I've got a late 2013 iMac running Catalina.
My Photoshop seems to really struggle on large files with effects on. Everything else seems cool.

Anyone still running adobe CS6 apps, get ready to be unhappy.

All my apps are up to date CC wise. PS20 has been wank tho. Chugs and crashes all the time so reverted back to 19...
Thanks for this

I'm on a late 2012 iMac and find Catalina slow and chuggy. I've also had mysterious hardware issues since the upgrade (see the Apple thread). If I'd known, I would have put off upgrading for another year while they fixed the problems.

macOS Catalina is compatible with these computers

Same iMac, on 10.14.6 not going to update much further as everything works and catalina doesn't support 32-bit apps.

32-bit support aside, the general consensus online is that Catalina is one of the more buggy/clunky OS releases.
It's a few patches in and still getting a lot of reported issues which basically says you should be in no hurry to upgrade.
