Pay a monthly fee for a graphic design service.
Wondering how this works: ratio between customers/ designers and the fee/pay ratio. Etc. Etc. Wow.

There seems to be a bunch of these types of on-demand design services popping up everywhere. I just don't get it the business model, how many ongoing design projects can a particular company support for a long period of time? Unless you are like a Comcast, Version or some sort of Fortune 500 company with a 24/7/265 need for design and advertisements?
Most of the work generated from these on-demand design company are subpar at best...who in their right mind would hire them? Here's a link to a start-up on-demand design shop located in my region that either calls or emails me at least once a week for their services: https://penji.co

Doomed unless there’s a hefty make-it-pop surcharge.

I recently read of a similar service posted by the guy who made it - he was clearing something ridiculous like $20k a month, all by himself.
I'll see if I can dig out the link.
(The work was fine - nothing spesh - generic site minimalism. I can see that if that if you were bound to that aesthetic, it might be 'easy' to start building up libraries of intercomposable elements etc, making it 'easy' to churn sites quite quickly)
- It was for websites/apps specifically, not a general design service.Nairn
