anyone with good tips to reduce snoring that they actually tried and had good results with? Need to fight this shit

lose weight
sleep on your side
find a pillow that supports your head properly
treat allergies
maintain nasal health

Very early research is indicating a correlation between snoring > sleeping on back > Alzheimers.

This is an interesting listen/watch. Talks about snoring and a whole host of other modern ailments that can be improved with posture and chewing. It's worth a listen. 21min 50 sec is when it starts dealing with sleep apnea and snoring.
