I just do some biking. 20 miles/day Mon.-Thurs. 35-50 miles/day Sat.-Sun. I need the daily release of built up energy, so I like endurance sports... was never really into weightlifting or the gym scene.

I despise gyms. I feel like a caged animal when I'm there, and I never liked the whole "scene" that comes with it. I prefer to do my exercising outdoors whenever possible.
But that being said, I'm training for a triathlon now so that means lots of swimming at a local gym. I don't have a membership so I pay per use. Let me tell you this... swimming is a shit-ton of exercise!! I honestly don't know if there's a better full-body workout.
- truth. too bad i fucking hate public pools!
hey! where did my skin go? oh the chlorine dissolved it! yucklvl_13 - yeah it's a little nasty (especially when I see stuff floating in there) but it's cleaner than thenocomply

"Classes will combine aerobic conditioning, yoga, Pilates and nutrition, using exercise to help participants manage a truly stressful time in their life. Certified personal trainers and instructors will work with individuals to set goals and establish an exercise routine that helps reduce stress and improve overall wellness."I'm doing it at a small personal gym, it's so much better than the big box ones (bally's 24hr etc etc) although I have a membership at one of those too.
They offer a Punk Rock Boot Camp to that plays better music than the electotrash I usually hear at Bally's.Contact some local Gyms to see if they offer anything like this. It's fun and I'm getting better results having someone one yell and tell me what to do and how to do it correctly.

Nah, the gym is only when its super brrr outside, now its full on cycling season, 2x 2hrs after work during the week, then 2x 4hrs on weekends when life schedule permits.

P90X
http://www.beachbody.com/product…Kicks my ass every morning. Only for the serious folks though.
I thought I was in good shape until I started this. Started out only being able to do a few pullups and now I can do 18. (Pullups not chinups, the harder ones that utilize back muscles), and I'm 205 lbs. It's a lot of fun. Every workout is exactly an hour (except for the Yoga one which is hard as shit, I can't do a lot of the things on there). I like it b/c you don't waste any time. The Kempo karate shit is a lot of fun. You'll burn a ton of calories and get fit real fast.

Oh yeah... I also do yoga now (not at a gym but at a yoga studio).
Talk shit all you want (hell, I know I used to) but I think it's great. It's a decent workout, but most importantly it gives me a sense of mind-body clarity that I don't get anywhere else.

5 times a week.
Usually 30 min cardio then smoke then an hour of Weights.

Usually 40 minutes intensive rowing/cardio followed by 20 minutes of bicep curls/lifting.
But I have been bad and not done any for 2 months.

Yoga is hard as shit. I thought it was easy and blew it off too. Holding poses wears the shit out of your legs. I get tired real fast. My legs and arms turn into jelly. It's in the P90X program I do (12 DVD's), it's the hardest one of the bunch. I can't even finish it b/c I'm wasted about 45 mins in w/ 45 mins left to do.

I've seen some nasty power lifting video/pics. I'm leaving this thread before I see them again.
