So I've been promoted at my in-house job in Markering to be head of all our advertising. I'm curently a Creative Director and have to get a new title. Any cool list of job titles out there? I need ideas!

The CD title was kinda "bs" in-house politices. I need a new title that's on par with my current title...
- how about "cunt"?animatedgif

well, if you're the head over the dept. you're a CD. now.

They won't let me have "director" in my title (more internal politices bs). But I want a new title that doesn't sound like a downgrade. My current pick is "Marketing Catalyst"
- e-pill0
Catalyst?? when i think of that.. i think of bad destruction.. and or the annihilation of existence the complete entropy of life..
and you chose that for your title??
*my spider sense tingles .. its making it uncomfortable..
-- catalyst?? what sort of catalyst is that?? can you enter the negative zone and just zip thru time and space??
btw im not thinking of cataclysmic ..how about:
"Marketing Contortionist"
that way you can tell all the stories, lies and day dreams and it will be accepted as truth, since your job title states which you do..
heh.. how about, your next title is earned, instead of handed out..
:P

The job title isnt that important to me. They told menu could pick it and I wanted to make it cool.
I was thinking "Catalyst" because I can interject into a siduation to make things cool. (I make it happen kinda thing). Met a high up Creative Director from Nike one time that had that job title and it stuck with me..- i work witha girl named London.. she says she knows of 11 other people named..e-pill
- [continued] named london..
but i never heard of anyone named "menu" thats different..e-pill - Damn auto-correct! I meant they told "me". But Menu would be a cool name.WildPony
- nooooooooooo it was MENU!!!
i was so happy.. but now..

so how long were you CD?? also by your current title.. and dont mind me but.. by that current title "The ahem!!! DIRECTOR of CREATIVITY"
shouldnt you be schooling us in "Creative names" ???
just wunnering.. carry on with that catalyst thing..
:P

My CD title was "bs". I'm an in-house guy in marketing. Been doing it for 10 years at this company. I have to pick a new title, can't have "director" in it. And I'd like it if it didnt sound like a downgrade (becaus in reality it is a promotion that does bring me closer to a real "cd")
- pete and repeat were walking down the street, pete ran away, so who is left?e-pill
