In the US the military can now arrest (and drone kill?) citizens in the streets for any reason the gov't makes up.

if a police officer act like an idiot in the street while arresting someone, can a military arrest him?

Different jobs
The army is for fighting wars overseas
Police is for policing stuff on a state or local level

you forget the illuminati and house of Rothschild..
- yurimon0
Dont forget Posse Comitatus,,
- Army is not aloud to act as law enforcement on US soil. There is a cooperation but it goes against principles of a free country and could be seen a conditioning of the public and police. for subservient sheep to think this a normal.yurimon
- nation, state.. the public and police from time to time. are conditioned to think this is a normal thing.yurimon

If your in the states it supposed to be People on top because remember they work for you. And then representatives of the Government. The actual Government is the constitution a document, and all judicial, police, elected officials, courts have to uphold it. Failure to do so is an act of treason. thats it in a nutshell.
As far as orders are concerned...
On federal Level--
President
Armed forces
any federal police force. On state level is separate jurisdiction...
-Governor-
State policeMayor
Local Policeon County..
Elected sherif hold his own office.
Can cooperate with state and gov
ir city if something is up...- Jurisdictional involvement works mostly on type of crime. if crime is federal or not. where crime is committed or suspicion of a crimeyurimon
- crime, type of crime. again federal or state.yurimon

I'd assume army being "higher" as martial law, when implemented, exceeds statutory or common laws. Above those sits Judge Dredd.

Depends on how the zone is classified
