You need Omega 3 & 6, Iron and Potassium.
Have some salmon 2-3 times a week. Have a couple of smoothies a week and add some chia seeds and add 3-4 walnuts. Try to add blueberries and raspberries to these smoothies. They are full of antioxidants that help in brain function and depression. Eat avocados. People think they make you fat but they have healthy fats that make you lose weight and fuel your brain. They are basically food for the brain and circulation. Have them once or twice a week.
If you want a healthy snack have some low fat yogurt.
Drink a cup or two of green tea a week. It's good for the brain.
AND... exercise a little more. Try going outdoors and run.- yes yessublocked

Sleep, you brain cleans itself of toxins while you sleep. Watch this for an explanation: http://www.ted.com/talks/jeff_il…
Also, the only thing you brain uses for energy is carbohydrates, so grab a fruit when you feel sluggish.

Ginkgo biloba. Does a few things including helps improves circulation which helps, again, multiple things, including brain function/memory. Also helps with minor high blood pressure issues and helps to maintain eye health.

Eat properly. Raw, nutrient dense foods are ideal. Leafy greens, oily fish, starchy vegetables, seeds & nuts, lean meat. Avoid sugar (including fruit). Never skip breakfast. Drink 3L of water / day. Exercise. Fall asleep by 10pm and no screens before bed. Laugh and fuck as much as possible.
If that doesn't work, you're either a smoker, overtraining, deficient in something, way too stressed, or have a medical problem.
