    I'm in.

    Although I have a bit of a start. I've been dieting for 2 months for a vacation I'm taking next week. My wife has been kicking my ass in the gym lately. Yesterday... 1hr 30min at the gym and I burn 800 calories.

    After years of pure strength training with heavy weight I've shifted gears into core training. The medicine ball, resistance bands, circuit training. I've dropped 15lbs and it feels so good.

    Tell you guys what. I'll talk to my wifey and see if she'll make up a few generic programs for different levels of fitness for you guys (and gals).

    And if I have the time, I'll get a fake handlebar mustache and snap a few pics at the gym in various 'trainer poses' screaming 'COMON YOU SORRY SACK OF SHIT, GIVE ME 5 MORE' and 'DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT OPENING THIS DOOR FLOUNDER' and such for you to print out and hang on your fridge door.

    haha.

    This is a great idea G. I need some motivation.
