    ok i'm in, since everyone else in their 30's is joining I better too. I've been planning on eating better and mixing in more exercise anyway. summer's no problem, I ride my MB 3-4 times a week. But since it's winter, it's a lot more difficult.

    1st order of business. Better food. More fruits and veggies, lower carbs. And I always try to avoid eating after 9 pm.

    as far as alcohol, I guess it's wine? Would that be the least harmful for those that want to indulge?
