There is a newly renovated building on 7th and Matteo, shit is expensive tho, starting at 500k for some serious crack head neighbors and a view of the lovely los angeles river dumping grounds.
The blocks b/n Hill and Los Angeles and 1st to 7th have some decent spots. Nothing cheap. My buddy has an amazing place he is moving out of at the end of the month if you're interested...its on 4th and wall. probably $1300/month no parking.
Roof access and elevator/freight lift access. Hit me up on the email if you want more. You can never walk outside at night though.
