Of these three options, I'd say option 1. The tree looks weird growing out of the L and it doesn't fit the style you've got going here to mix the type and art in that way. And the third one, well, looks like the tree is dying, which I don't think is the message you want to get across. But, big picture, I'd try playing around with a more modern look - there's something very old world about the style of the type and image you have chosen here, not sure if that is right for the company.
