i went back to work recently from freelance too... and its very hard.
I find myself just not as motivated, and feeling like a caged animal at times, because of just the time and freedom that freelance gives.If you have been freelancing for 4 years and don't have any financial issues, etc. Then that would be difficult to leave. A steady paycheck and getting someone else to do your accounting is nice, but for me personally, it is very very hard.
