oh yeah, you should also list deliverables for the project over time - for example, initial design of website / week 1 / 3 days work / starting monday / sign off thursday | development of website / week 2 / 4 days work ...etc
the key here is that the first item should (always) be delivery of all content (company identity resource - logo / brand guidelines, website content - copy / photography (unless this is part of the brief for you to do) from the client so that even before the project starts, they (the client) are aware what they need to do for the project to run according to schedule
