You should notify Salomon first.
I think you're supposed to take it to small claims court if the value was lesser than 4 000$. If you want more it ends up being super costy in lawyers and your art has to have been registered at the US © office. Exposing him in public is probably more than enough in this case. Maybe it's just some zitty teenager who'll learn his lesson from the embarassment.
