So yet again, Ive come across another story or in this case the issue itself, in regards to an artist or a company stealing, copying or "borrowing" imagery and styles from designers without their consent. Also, this isn't even Salomon.. Its some kid who stole some Sam Flores and some Krezel, put them on top of each other and entered it into the Salomon Artwork contest.

You should notify Salomon first.
I think you're supposed to take it to small claims court if the value was lesser than 4 000$. If you want more it ends up being super costy in lawyers and your art has to have been registered at the US © office. Exposing him in public is probably more than enough in this case. Maybe it's just some zitty teenager who'll learn his lesson from the embarassment.
