@ DrBombay...This has come up before...I do think where you are brought up has a big influence on your beliefs, but it does not dictate what you believe. Everyone has a free will to choose what they believe (although sometimes this can mean persecution). I know people from Africa who were raised there and lived most of their adult lives there who are Christian.....same with China I know Christians from China. So even in my small world, I know of a good handful of people who break this equation. "
The problem with this line of reasoning is that the person who is born in a secularist culture is equally foolish in holding his/her secularist worldview as absolute. The world is a collection of faith-based worldviews. It comes down to which one best holds water under scrutiny.
