i was comparing it to that of other cities in China itself. ive been to a lot of very small populated citites, ive seen citites grow over a few months, in Shenzhen, China it is the fastest growing region in the world, when i first got there 15 years ago there was a small population of 700K, now it boasts 2 of the worlds tallest buildings also has a large population of a few million. it has become a real city, when it wasnt a few small years prior.

i understand whatt you mean about a free world free city america, that is not what im comparing it with. China a lot of the freedoms we rarely shake a thought towards they dont even have the opportunity to have that luxuries and life is very different.

a real city can give these options to their people that they may never ever have or ever get to experience. with communism its very different, in mainland from my experiences thru the years.

i love going there. i just dont care for the humidity and the tsunamis or typhoons.. i like the food and the culture.

small cities i get bored with rather fast. i guess its being from nyc where i have anything and everything i can want. a real city and its always open.

    shanghai is large and real.
