i don't see any photographic skill involved whatsoever, but it's fun watching his hijinks. his work is nothing more than a bunch of souvenirs from his trashy encounters, which is great in an "art" sense, but not so good if you're into the traditional photography thing.
HOWEVER, there's something to be said for people throwing the norm to the wind and blowing out that great big ego bubble traditionalists (who worry about such things as technical skill) build themselves up with. take DADA, for instance. or pollock. it's utter shit that anybody can do, but somebody had to do it, if only to show how people take themselves too seriously (i still think pollock had his head up his ass, but whatever).
