    My understanding of precedent - and experience with - is that they're typically b2b documents that are either made available for to download or they are generated as-needed in house. I think premium papers and perfect bound solutions would be very costly - although it would probably be dictated by your clients needs. If it is something they plan on physically handing out to people it may pay dividends to produce nicely printed and bound white papers.
