    TheFatBaron is probably the closest here. I've worked on a couple of shoots where each component of a product is lit individually and shot for strip.

    When you composite all of the stripped components together into a single image you get this seemingly gloriously photographed product.

    But to be honest I doubt there's anything 'simple' about how they shoot their photography. The devil is in the details. Such subtle gradients and reflections...and the lighting is immaculate. Le sigh.

    • its all about the composite. these days full CG is done the same way with multiple renders or combined with photos.Dodecahedron
