i would ever export h.264 / mp4 from after effects, its incredibly problematic. Search google and you will get hundreds of forum threads of users having problems.

Ive asked the questions about it and had experts say, you just dont do it, its not done in the industry cus after effects renderer is completely dog shit with mp4 / H.264. (cheif doesnt do it so he wasnt to know, like he said - use a compressor after exporting)

    • <this. I have nothing but problems with H264 out of AE.DoTheMacarena
    • I usually create a droplet or use a watch folder with compressor if I need a review version.DoTheMacarena
    • that's what i was saying, render lossless and convert later.Chief
    • i delivered a .264 to a tv station a couple days ago, they coudnt do shit with itmoIdero
    • why would you deliver a quicktime for broadcast as h.264? he needs to be able to email, not send to broadcast.Chief
    • i was agreeing with you chief, in a very roundabout way :/ lolHombre_Lobo_2
