    Awfully close to me.

    Ward, etc, first would be the Japanese thing to do.
    But with roman letters it's perfectly fine writing street first.

    You could make it easier by omitting the building name...
    "gurando ekuseru" is hard to read.

    And Yuutenzi is actually Yuutenji

    Omit like so

    Kamimeguro 5-16-12 #302
    Tokyo, Meguro-ku
    153-0051 Japan

    or, if you think your post office will be cool just understanding it is for Japan

    東京都目黒区上目黒5-16-12
    グランドエクセル祐天寺302
    〒153-0051 Japan
