I don't wear glass Gramme, but I occasionally have the same symptoms that you described. I would strongly recommend about every half-an-hour or so to the following... Try to focus your sight on something different from your display: i.e.(wall art, telephone, glass of water, etc...) By focusing on different objects both close and far, you not only strengthen your eyesight but you also relax the nerves in your eyes. This has done wonders for me and was recommended by my optometrist. I hope this helps, have a great weekend.
