tip: Always call the retailer and haggle. Don't just place an online order. Since makers like Humanscale and Herman Miller usually only sell through authorized resellers, you can always ask for a discount. I got this Freedom Task Chair by Humanscale new and with warranty for $750. And I know they make a fabric version that's much cheaper.
btw, I used to have the Aeron chairs. They're pretty good, but I think the Freedom chair is far better looking and more comfortable. The brown leather patinas over time which is nice.
